Official rules

Ask The World Radio Bingo

These rules govern free community Bingo sessions coordinated through the Ask The World Poclink community.

Version 2026-08-16

Important

No purchase, entry fee, contribution, or donation is required to enter, play, or win. Donations do not affect card allocation, eligibility, odds, claim verification, or results. Unless a scheduled session announcement expressly identifies a prize, no prize or item of value is awarded.

1. Application of these rules

These rules apply to Ask The World Radio Bingo sessions. The applicable calendar entry or organizer announcement may identify the date, time, time zone, registration deadline, game code, card limit, winning pattern, eligible locations, prize information, tie procedure, and organizer.

The session announcement and these rules should be read together. A clearly disclosed session term controls for that scheduled game when it does not conflict with applicable law or the server-enforced rules.

2. Free participation

No purchase, entry fee, financial contribution, or donation is required. A donation does not provide additional cards, priority registration, improved odds, preferential verification, or any other advantage.

Ask The World does not sell Poclink radios, SIM cards, subscriptions, or network service.

3. Eligibility

Non-prize recreational games are open to community members who follow the community guidelines and can participate in the scheduled activity.

If a prize is offered, participants must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where they reside, and be physically located in an eligible jurisdiction stated in the session announcement. Prize games are void where prohibited or restricted.

4. Registration

Select the correct organizer or enter the announced game code. While registration is open, enter the radio name or nickname the organizer will recognize and request no more than the displayed card limit. The server assigns each deterministic six-digit card code and displays the reconstructed cards.

Registration closes when the organizer locks the session. Only players and card codes in that locked database roster are eligible. Participants may not use multiple names to avoid the card limit, replace cards after locking, register another person without authorization, or manipulate the game application.

5. Cards and odds

Cards are deterministically generated from the game key, six-digit card code, and published algorithm version. The server can independently reconstruct every registered card without storing the full grid.

The odds depend on eligible cards, the announced pattern, generated cards, call order, and when another eligible card completes the pattern. Donations, relationships, and organizer status do not change card generation or allocation.

6. Gameplay and authoritative calls

The organizer calls numbers from 1 through 75 and announces them over Poclink. The center FREE space is automatically marked. The non-reversed server call history is the authoritative record. Player marks, memory, screenshots, and radio descriptions do not alter that record.

The winning pattern is selected before registration and shown on the organizer and player pages. Players may refresh the page to review the latest official calls and result state.

7. Claiming and verifying Bingo

A player claiming Bingo must promptly announce “Bingo,” the registered radio name, and the applicable six-digit card code. The organizer records the claim, which pauses additional calling while the server reconstructs the registered card and evaluates it at that exact official call sequence.

A claim is rejected when the card is not registered for that player, required numbers were not officially called, the announced pattern is incomplete, or a material participation rule was violated. Rejected claims remain in the history, and the organizer may resume calling.

8. Same-call ties

Multiple valid claims associated with the same official call use the tie policy selected before registration: recognize all tied players as co-winners, randomly select one verified claimant, or use an announced host tie-breaker and record the selected winner.

Radio collisions and network delay can make transmission order unreliable. The persisted call sequence and disclosed tie policy control the official result.

9. Prizes

No prize is offered unless the session announcement states the exact prize, quantity, approximate value, delivery restrictions, claim deadline, tie treatment, and delivery method.

Information needed for delivery or legal reporting must be collected privately, never over the public Poclink group. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, fees, duties, or reporting obligations.

10. Conduct and disqualification

The organizer may disqualify a participant for fraudulent registration, excess or unregistered cards, impersonation, deliberate interference, harassment, tampering, false eligibility information, or a material community-guideline violation. A decision should have a reasonable and documented basis.

11. Technical interruptions

Poclink, cellular networks, Wi-Fi, internet service, browsers, hosting, radios, and participant devices may experience delay or failure. The organizer may stop calls, resume, reschedule, restart, or cancel when a problem materially affects fairness or verification.

When practical, the locked roster, settings, non-reversed call history, existing claims, and database backup should be preserved. Players should refresh the page after service is restored and confirm the official history before play continues.

12. Privacy

A player’s radio name, game code, card code, registration status, claim decision, and winning status may be announced or displayed while administering the session.

Do not submit home addresses, telephone numbers, government identifiers, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the game or public radio group.

13. Platform and service disclaimer

Ask The World is an independent, member-run community. The game is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Poclink, Meta, Bluehost, Google, any radio manufacturer, or any cellular carrier. These services do not judge or verify game results.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, organizers and volunteer administrators are not responsible for losses caused by missed or unintelligible calls, network delay, service interruption, device failure, browser incompatibility, incorrect local markings, incorrect participant information, or events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes, cancellation, and interpretation

The organizer may clarify these rules before registration closes for fairness, security, operations, or legal compliance. After locking, material changes should be limited to technical failure, fraud, safety, legal requirements, or events beyond reasonable control and should be announced through the same channels used for the session.

Registering and participating constitutes acceptance of this version of the rules and the applicable session announcement. The server’s authoritative call, claim, and result records control the community game.
